My father passed away suddenly in September. I knew he had purchased a cremation plot at Cypress. This being my first time arranging a funeral, Tom was very attentive and helpful during the process. The whole team at Cypress is wonderful. Very compassionate and supportive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Cypress for your funeral needs.

I’ve wanted to come visit ever since I found out that Wyatt Earp and his wife are buried here. We found their plot with ease. It was interesting to see what tokens were left for the Western Legend. Overall the graves are very well maintained. The head stones ranged from ordinary to elaborate. There are quite a few mausoleums, Levi Strauss being one.

Carlo Casareo helped us through the entire process when our mom passed away. He was very professional and respectful. He was also extremely responsive to our many many questions and very helpful even with our last minute requests. We had a memorable and beautiful service for our mom. We were also fortunate to have Eva help us on the day of the service. She was very mindful of the timing and guided us every step of the way. We were very grateful to have them help with our mom’s service.

On the day before Easter Sunday, I had the honor to visit relatives interred at Cypress lawn Memorial Park. My late-Aunt left instructions in her will that we should visit this place. Cypress Lawn is a beautiful well maintained cemetery. Although it’s not as nice as a national cemetery, it’s a lovely place and offers wide roads and paths. We visited a mausoleum. The place was peaceful and well kept.

Then we went out to visit a gravesite. The lawn was thick and had some ruts.
I spotted some graves of veterans, and I left coins and brushed off their headstones.

Great service for my sister. Everything was put together very well, and the time allotted allowed everyone to properly say goodbye. I’m not exactly sure what the timeframe was given to family and friends, but there weren’t any issues. I didn’t feel things were rushed, the staff were more than accommodating. After the indoor gathering, we were able to release doves outdoors which was a special touch. Across the street appeared to be a very beautiful area for those to lay at rest.

My brothers and I had the difficult task of planning our mother’s funeral. The staff at Cypress Funeral Home, specifically Thomas, was very professional and compassionate. He was very helpful and understanding of our requests. He handled all the details from the viewing, arrangements with the priests and music for the mass, to the police escorts. Every detail was taken care of. Also, the staff during the viewing/reception was extremely helpful ushering the guests to/from the reception area to the chapel. I couldn’t be happier with how everything went so smoothly. It was a beautiful service. Thank you so much.
