Martha Alicia was a woman of incredible strength and endless love; she touched the hearts of everyone who knew her. She was our guide, our safe haven, and our constant source of comfort. She faced every challenge with courage, determination, and grace, inspiring us with her resilience and her boundless heart. Even on the hardest days, her warmth, her laughter, and her love reminded us of the beauty in life. She had a remarkable gift for making every moment meaningful, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. From her lovingly prepared home-cooked meals to her stories full of life, from her warm hugs to her quiet acts of kindness, she created memories we will cherish and hold close to our hearts forever. Her home a place of warmth and comfort, always filled with the irresistible scent of Mole, Albóndigas, and Espinazo—special recipes made with an abundance of love. Her Jello, carefully set and decorated, was always the centerpiece of birthdays, a sweet tradition that brought smiles to everyone. Her stories were treasures, each one brimming with life and laughter, always making us smile. Every memory she shared of Purepero—from walks to La Plaza, the lively Fiestas del Pueblo, the aroma of tamales and atole, to her favorite Mexican treats and the little moments that made life beautiful—reminded us of the joy she carried in her heart. That joy never faded, and her presence lives on in our hearts forever. She missed her dear husband, Juan, deeply, and we take comfort knowing they are now reunited. Their love was extraordinary, and we trust that, side by side, they continue to watch over us and shower us with their blessings from above. Martha Alicia leaves behind her devoted children Beatriz, Juan, Karla and her precious granddaughters Ysabella and Olivia, who will always feel the warmth of their grandmother’s love and strength. We are eternally grateful for the life she shared with us—the lessons she taught, the love she gave, and the courage she embodied. She showed us how to live fully, love deeply, and face life with grace. Her fight to live was a testament to her love for her family, and though she is no longer with us, her strength and spirit will always guide us. Mom, you will continue be our strength, our joy, and our heart. Your light will continue to shine, living in every story we tell, every meal we share, and every memory we hold close to our hearts. Thank you for being the Best Mom. We will love you Forever.

Ella fue nuestra guía, nuestro refugio seguro y nuestra fuente constante de consuelo. Incluso en los días más difíciles, su calidez, su risa y su amor nos recordaban la belleza de la vida. Tenía un don extraordinario para hacer que cada momento fuera significativo, dejando una huella imborrable en todos los que la conocieron. Desde sus comidas caseras preparadas con amor hasta sus historias llenas de vida, desde sus abrazos cálidos hasta sus pequeños actos de bondad, creó recuerdos que siempre atesoraremos y guardaremos cerca de nuestros corazones. Su hogar era un lugar de calidez y confort, siempre impregnado del irresistible aroma de Mole, Albóndigas y Espinazo, recetas especiales hechas con un amor abundante. Su gelatina, cuidadosamente preparada y decorada, siempre era la pieza central de los cumpleaños, una dulce tradición que traía sonrisas a todos. Sus historias eran verdaderos tesoros, cada una llena de vida y alegría, siempre haciéndonos sonreír. Cada recuerdo que compartía de Purepero —desde los paseos a La Plaza, las animadas Fiestas del Pueblo, el aroma de tamales y atole, hasta sus dulces mexicanos favoritos y los pequeños momentos que hacían la vida hermosa— nos recordaba la alegría que llevaba en su corazón. Esa alegría nunca desapareció, y su espíritu permanecerá con nosotros siempre. Extrañaba profundamente a su querido esposo, Juan, y nos reconforta saber que ahora están reunidos. Su amor fue extraordinario, y tenemos la certeza de que juntos continúan acompañándonos y bendiciéndonos desde el cielo. Martha Alicia deja atrás a sus queridos hijos Beatriz, Juan y Karla, y a sus preciosas nietas Ysabella y Olivia, quienes siempre sentirán la calidez del amor y fortaleza de su abuela. Estamos eternamente agradecidos por la vida que compartió con nosotros —las lecciones que nos enseñó, el amor que nos dio y el valentia que siempre demostró. Nos mostró cómo vivir plenamente, amar profundamente y enfrentar la vida con gracia. Su lucha por vivir fue un testimonio de su amor por su familia, y aunque ya no esté con nosotros, su fuerza y espíritu seguirán guiándonos siempre. Mamá, seguirás siendo nuestra fuerza, nuestra alegría y nuestro corazón.
