Amalia Wee Tirona

Amalia W. Tirona, age 66, of Daly City, California, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on November 2, 2024, at Seton Hospital. Born on March 28, 1958, in the Philippines, Amalia was the cherished daughter of Alberto Tirona and Segundina Wee Tirona.

Amalia grew up in the Philippines with her beloved siblings: Alberto Jr., Alberto, Donna, Elizabeth, Rico, and June. She later attended Arellano University, where she laid the foundation for a life of resilience, hard work, and dedication to her family.

Throughout her career, Amalia worked with several well-known companies, including JC Penney, Ghirardelli, and See’s Candies, forming meaningful connections and leaving a warm impression on those around her. She was known for her radiant smile and kind spirit.

Amalia found joy in simple pleasures. She loved shopping and often recalled her childhood days playing football with friends during fifth and sixth grades, though she wasn’t one for sports in high school.

Amalia was preceded in death by her husband, Reynaldo Bautista. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Bautista, and her cherished grandchildren: Chassity, EJ, Destiny, Divine, Desiree, Jerrin, and Koby. Her family and friends will remember her as a loving, joyful presence and deeply miss her.
