Ann Eun Hee Kim passed away peacefully in her sleep early on December 16th. She was a caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother to her husband, her three children and three grandchildren. Ann was born in Japan and earned a degree in Korean Literature from Ewha Women’s University in Seoul, South Korea. She married Chi Kyong Kim, and along with their two children, moved from Seoul to New Jersey, where they had their third child. After working for 30 years in NJ in commercial printing and quality control, Ann retired and relocated to San Diego where she married her second husband, George Sarkisian. San Diego is where she would spend most of the rest of her years. She lived her last two years in San Mateo, close to her daughter and youngest son.

Ann is survived by her three children, Stephen, Binna and Chris Kim, and her three grandchildren, Sebastian and Maile Bateman and Lilia Kim. She is also survived by her two sisters and two brothers: Sue Hahn, Eunice Siu, Sung Joon Oh and Sung Min Oh. She will be dearly missed and remembered by her entire family.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial for Ann on Saturday, Dec 28th in San Mateo, CA. Please contact chrskm@gmail.com for details. Her remains will be cremated and her ashes distributed amongst her children.
