Audrey A. Giovannoni

Audrey Giovannoni, a long-time resident of Half Moon Bay, passed away at her home on October 12, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in San Francisco on July 29, 1936 to loving parents Ernest and Anne Barreto.  She graduated from Balboa High School.  She met and married her beloved husband George John Giovannoni and they enjoyed 53 very happy years together, raising their family and travelling the world.

She was the beloved mother of Jerry, Kelly, Kimberly, and the late Kevin, and loving step-mother of Gary (and his wife, Cindy) and the late Kenny. She is also survived by numerous grandchildre and great grandchildren. She was the dear sister of the late Ernest Barreto.

Audrey was a member of the Horsemans Association, I.D.E.S., the Merrymakers, and often volunteered with the St. Vincent de Paul Society.

Friends may visit after 4 pm Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the MILLER DUTRA Coastside Chapel, 645 Kelly Ave., Half Moon Bay.  A vigil service will be held at 7 pm Wednesday. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Thursday, October 17, at OUR LADY OF THE PILLAR CHURCH, Half Moon Bay.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
