Cody John Crosby

Dec 14, 1982 – Jun 8, 2024

Crosby-N. Gray & Co. Moved

Cody Crosby passed away way too early in life on June 8, 2024. He left behind his collection of Jordans, rap records, his beloved pets and many people who loved him.

Cody is survived by his partner and love of his life, Nataly Pikna (aka Natty) and their pets Mr. Furly, Fonzy and Franky. He is also survived by his mother Roxanne Murray (aka Foxy Roxy), father John Crosby (aka Wein), step-dad Seamus Murray (Pops), step-mom Yoli Crosby (Yols). His sister Jamie Domenici (aka Jaime Escalante), Robert Domenici (Rob-o), nieces Adeline Domenici (Schmaddy) and Georgia Domenici (Weezus) whom he taught lots of colorful language and lyrics. His aunt, Ann Marie Holmes. His step-brother Anthony Arrechea (Arch) and step-sister Erica Arrechea (Eballs) and families. Also, his brothers Charlie and Clyde (his mom insists on calling her dogs his brothers). Cody will also be missed by many extended family members and lifelong friends.

Cody graduated from Burlingame High School where he was known for his larger than life personality and one of a kind three point shot. He then spent 20+ years as a funeral director where he dedicated his life to helping people in their saddest hour. His heart was big and his soul was kind which made him the person who you wanted by your side in these hard times.

He was a diehard Warriors and 49ers fan and never missed a game. You could often find him at the Bull with his Dad on Sundays. He was the king of pranks and known for his one-liners. He loved all animals and they loved him. He loved Tahoe especially Sleepy Pines and playing a game of shuffleboard at Village Pub. He loved his local restaurants (thank you Celias and Village Host). He was a dedicated sandwich maker and made what he told his mom was “the perfect sandwich” the day before he passed. He loved music and it was a blessing that he saw the WuTangClan at the Giants game the week before he passed.

Codiva, C-murder, Big Cheese, Coco, Unc, Precious, you will be forever in our hearts.

Please join us in celebrating Cody at a Memorial Mass at 10am on June 21st at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Burlingame. Reception to follow.

  • Kind and gentle person

My sympathy to all the Crosby family. Cody was a kind and gentle person who treated everyone with courtesy and respect. He like his father John and grandfather Bill were always compassionate to everyone who was grieving. Cody always the perfect gentleman with that huge smile and welcoming demeanor. May you rest in peace in your special place with the lord. Tom Marriscolo
  • A heart of GOLD

From his early years at St.Catherines to his adult hood. I will always remember him walking pass our house in the morning, as we were leaving for St. Catherines. Hay, Cody you want a ride and off we go. Always polite and thanking us for the ride. As an adult his compassion for our family when we made the arraigments for my husbands funeral. He will always be remembered in our Heart. One will never forget his beautiful smile. Taken way to early from all of us, until we met again.
  • More than a good guy

Cody was more, much much more than a good guy. He helped countless families with some of the hardest days of their life. Very few people touch so many as Cody did. He certainly touched my family as well as Dad John when my mother Lillian Durazzo passed. Cody youre a gift to our community.
