Jose Victorino Arciaga Borja

Jose Victorino Arciaga Borja, fondly known as Jovic or Badjick, was born on October 18, 1966, in Tanay, Rizal, Philippines, and peacefully passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 59.

Jovic was a man of boundless love, a gentle spirit, and a joyful heart. 

He was known for his warm smile, kind nature, and the genuine care he showed to everyone he met. A devoted father, loving husband, cherished sibling, and loyal friend, he placed his family at the center of his life and loved deeply and selflessly. 

He lived life with enthusiasm and joy, finding happiness in the simple things that brought him peace. Jovic had a deep appreciation for cars and biking, passions that reflected his energetic spirit and love for movement, freedom, and adventure. Whether admiring vehicles or enjoying a bike ride, these interests brought him contentment and moments of quiet happiness. 

Jovic’s kindness, warmth, and unwavering support touched countless lives.

He had a way of making people feel welcome, valued, and understood.

Through shared laughter, heartfelt conversations, and everyday moments, he created a tapestry of cherished memories that will forever be held close by those who loved him. 

Though he is no longer with us, his laughter still echoes, his warmth still comforts, and his love continues to live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Forever remembered, forever treasured, may he rest in eternal peace, embraced by God’s loving arms.
