Kenneth Thomas Klingele was born in Redwood City, California on January 28th 1968, and died on December 15th 2024 in Half Moon Bay, CA. at the age of 56.   Kenny is preceded in death by his beloved son Sequoyah Hunter Klingele. He leaves behind his mother Patricia O’Sullivan, Oregon; his father Herbert Klingele, La Honda; his three sisters Katherine Klingele (Young Park), Palm Springs CA; Kimberly Klingele (Daniel Hemmen), Portland Oregon; and Kelly Klingele, Lake Oswego, Oregon.  Also nieces Madeleine, Micah, Sadie and Coco, stepdaughters Raven Foureyes and Jasmine Foureyes, his best friend Jim Hobbs, Oregon; and his loving partner Gabrielle Yapp. He also leaves behind many close aunts, uncles and cousins, along with tons of close friends.

Kenny grew up in Silverton, Oregon with his mom and sisters, and spent time with his dad in La Honda, California. Kenny lived in Half Moon Bay. He was an arborist, and owned a successful tree company.

To know him was to love him. He was an entirely unique person, full of heart and caring for his family and close friends. His quick-witted humor, social graces, and deep kindness were unmatched. His love and knowledge of music were the biggest part of his life, after his family, friends and work. He was also passionate about comedy, and was a long-time Howard Stern fan. In his younger years he was a successful boxer and athlete, and in his 20s worked in the music industry in Los Angeles and had a rock band. Kenny graduated from Canada College with a business degree and San Francisco State with a Certificate in Music Management.

Kenny has now joined his beloved son Sequoyah, but words will never express how much he’ll be missed here.

People have many humorous and comforting stories about Kenny; please share those with the family if you have an opportunity.
