Phil Callo Quitoriano

Teofilo “Phil “ Quitoriano, 83, entered eternal rest on February 4, 2026.

Born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, he was the youngest child of Buenaventura & Juliana Quitoriano. He was a devoted husband,      father, & grandfather.  

Phil is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Remedios, three        children, James (Evangeline), John (Kimberly), & Jennifer (Jason), seven  grandchildren – Jonathan “EJ”,  Paisley (Nate), Macyn, Jarret, Christopher “CJ”, Jaden, & Jacelle and his brother, Exaltacion & sister Leticia.  He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ramon & Luis,   sister Isidra, & oldest son Philip. 

Phil worked as a Certified Public Accountant / Registered Income Tax Preparer & Registered Notary Signing Agent for over 47 years and was known for his compassion, generosity, and gentle spirit. He was very hardworking. Even after retiring from his full time job in 2011, he was still active as a Tax Preparer.  He loved to walk everyday on his treadmill & go to casinos.  He loved watching TFC & sports, especially basketball (Warriors) & football (49ers).

Phil will be deeply missed & forever remembered. His family takes comfort in their faith and the promise of eternal life. 

Friends and family are invited to attend the viewing & prayer service on

Saturday, February 28, 2026. Following cremation, the Rite of Committal & inurnment will be private.  

May the angels lead him into paradise, and may perpetual light shine upon him.
